About Us

MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority) is a statutory housing authority and nodal agency of the Government of Maharashtra, committed to providing affordable, quality and sustainable housing across the state. MHADA manages a diverse portfolio of housing, land, properties and infrastructure through its regional and specialised boards. The Web GIS Portal provides a unified spatial platform to visualize, manage and analyse these assets, enabling efficient planning, monitoring and decision-making.
